First floor apartment with two twin bedrooms.
External staircase with good handrail.
THE LOUNGE has casual seating, a full dining table and chairs, reading light and UK electric sockets. Ceiling fan. There is a 32" lcd TV with available SKY family and entertainment channels, DVD / CD player and UK satellite radio. Internet by pre arrangement.
Full width sliding doors lead to..... THE BALCONY with a large dining table and four chairs, parasol and two sunloungers. This has a sea view and catches the sun all day.
THE KITCHEN has a full oven and 4 ring hob. A large fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All necessary pots, pans and crockery for full self catering. Iron and Ironing board.
BOTH BEDROOMS have comfortable twin beds. Ample wardrobe and shelf space. Ceiling fan, hairdryer, UK electric socket, mirror, bedside light and safe. Extra pillows and blankets. Linen and house towels are provided. THE BATHROOM has a thermostatic shower for your comfort and safety with ample hot water.
We also have a first aid kit, sewing kit, selection of books and DVD’s. Poolside parasol and base, various lilos, flippers, fishing rod, cool bags, ice blocks, board games etc.
Maximum occupancy is four persons. Sorry, this apartment is not suitable or available for babies or under five year olds.
Sorry, we do not take single gender bookings from under 25’s.
Fully inclusive weekly rental is from £300 to £350, for four guests, depending on date. (exc Christmas and New Year)
We will hold the apartment for five days to allow for the return of your booking form. A part payment of £100 per week booked is required, the balance is payable 60 days before departure.
