We are not booking agents and we do not handle any properties not owned by us. The facilities, management service and insurances apply exclusively to our own apartments and we make no representation for any other owner.

We can provide FREE INSURANCE ON REQUEST from an independent company which guarantees all money paid to us.
Our listing on www.ownersdirect.co.uk/c13 clearly shows we have been operating for over eight years.

Our guests also have access ON REQUEST to a specialist holiday, cancellation and flight failure insurance.
Should any pre booked element of your holiday not be available, or your airline fail, even before travel, you are insured* This covers travel to the airport, train, taxi and car hire, excursions and delayed or cancelled flights. No fighting for refunds or paying the innevitable extortionate cost of replacement flights
(*an excess applies)

We provide the contact details for you to purchase this specialist insurance directly from the insurer. We make no representation as to it's suitability or benefits.  You must ensure that any cover offered is suitable and adequate for your own needs. Any contract, claim or dispute is strictly between yourself and the company involved. We are not brokers or agents and receive no payment or benefit.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE VALID HOLIDAY HEALTH AND TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER FOR ALL GUESTS FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY.

This is part of your booking contract. Our management will provide full company and vat (igic) registered invoices in the event of emergency service, translation, accommodation or other costs being payable to them.

NHS treatment is not readily available here. You can receive 'immediate' emergency and doctors surgery assistance only (with an e111/ehic). All other treatment or medical facilities are private and chargeable.
