The privately owned apartments shown here are wholly owned and operated by us.
We are not booking agents and we do not handle any properties not owned by us. The facilities, management service and insurances apply exclusively to our own apartments and we make no representation for any other owner.
Should you have any concerns about the safety of booking with us, OR as an 'independent traveller' do not worry.

Guest Insurance;
All of our guests are required to hold valid travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay.
This forms part of your booking contract.
You are advised to buy your travel insurance when booking. There is no extra charge for this and cover will be given in the event of your cancellation before travel.
All EU resident guests should obtain an EHIC card (E111) to avoid any unnecessary excess charges.
This however, is no substitute for travel insurance and will not assist you should the worst happen and you need re-patriating
Privacy Policy;
We keep no database of any kind, either electronically or on paper.
E-mails (and therefore your contact details) are deleted within four weeks of receipt.
We ask for no payment or financial details.
We NEVER send unsolicited e-mails.
We use tracking only to establish how you entered this website.
We do not place cookies, record ip addresses or any other information.
