THE BALCONY with large dining table and four chairs, parasol and two sunloungers. This has a sea view and catches the sun all day.
THE KITCHEN has a full oven and 4 ring hob. Fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All necessary pots, pans and crockery for full self catering. Iron and Ironing board.
BOTH BEDROOMS have comfortable twin beds. Ample wardrobe and shelf space. Ceiling fan, hairdryer, UK electric socket, mirror, bedside light and safe. Extra pillows and blankets. Linen and towels are provided.
THE BATHROOM has a thermostatic shower for safety and ample hot water.

We also have a first aid kit, sewing kit, selection of books and DVD’s. Poolside parasol and base, various lilos, flippers, fishing rod, cool bags, ice blocks, board games etc.
Maximum occupancy is four persons. We do not accept guests sleeping on sofa or Z bed.
We cannot take single gender bookings from under 25’s.
Sorry, this apartment is not suitable for babies or under three year olds.
£300 TO £350 PER WEEK INCLUSIVE FOR FOUR GUESTS depending on the month. (no other charges)
Weeks are charged Thursday to Thursday only. You can of course book a part week if required.

We will hold the apartment for three working days to allow for the return of your booking form. A part payment of £100 per week booked is required, the balance is payable 60 days before departure.
