The lounge has casual seating for four. Ceiling fan, reading light, 19" LCD TV with uk Sky (freeview*), nilesat*, series, films and sport, UK radio and DVD/CD players. UK electric socket. Various books, DVD’s, board games, sewing kit, first aid kit etc.
Large sliding doors to pool view balcony with dining table, parasol and two reclining loungers. Clothes airer.
The kitchen has a full oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, iron and board. All pots, crockery and utensils for self catering or longer stays. Ice blocks, cool bag.
The bedroom has comfortable twin beds, ample wardrobe and clothes space. Spare pillows and blankets. Ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, full  mirror. UK electric socket. Bedside light.
Sliding doors onto a small balcony.
Linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
The bathroom has a thermostatic shower for your safety and comfort with ample hot water.
For longer stays you have use of our washing machine if requested.

The Nilesat system has thirty channels, showing current films, sitcoms, American series etc in English with some 'squiggle' subtitles, BBC world and also many world sports channels in Arabic.* Bring your own sky card for any extra channels if required. (no premium / sports available)

Maximum occupancy is two persons. We do not accept guests sleeping on sofa or Z bed.

ALL BOOKING weeks are charged THURSDAY TO THURSDAY ONLY. You can of course stay part week if required.

£200 TO £250 PER WEEK INCLUSIVE (DEPENDING ON MONTH)

Please e-mail or telephone to confirm availability. We will hold the apartment for three working days to allow for the return of your booking form. We require a part payment of £100 per week booked, the balance is payable 60 days before departure.

Please note that we cannot accept babies or under three year olds, or single gender bookings from under 25's.
