Our apartments are very popular, with many guests returning year after year. Lanzarote has good weather all year round and well presented, fully managed apartments in the right location are often in short supply. There is no 'off season' in Lanzarote and 'winter' availability of many other apartments will also be reduced by long stays.
Both of our apartments are on the upper floor, in this idealy located small complex.
It really is only 300 yards to the bustling promenade and beaches, with no hills or large numbers of steps
Bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc are all only a few minutes easy, level walk away.
The location is ideal, whether you wish to laze on the beach, stay poolside, be in the heart of the action or have a base for exploring.
Our apartments should offer all of the facilities you require. They are well equipped and sensibly furnished for a comfortable stay. For those of you inclined to cook or eat in, all necessary appliances, pots, pans, crockery etc is provided. (it is hard to 'self cater' with a two ring hob, two pans and a microwave !)
The price given is the full price you pay, we do not add extra per guest or charge hire for what we consider to be essential items (safe, fans, etc) . All items listed are free to use.
Should you wish to stay in on the occasional evening, both apartments have LCD TV's with UK and English TV (Sky family and entertainment or Nilesat and freeview), a DVD player and numerous films etc.
Linen and towels are provided, as are spare pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans are in lounge and bedrooms and are absolutely essential in summer months.
While you are in Lanzarote the local, registered management company is readily available every day, either in their office or by telephone. They speak fluent English and Spanish, and also provide a 24 hour emergency support and translation service if required.

THE NEW GOLF COURSE AT PUERTO DEL CARMEN IS NOW OPEN AND PLAYING 18 HOLES. Taxi fare 5€. Club and buggy hire available. There is also a driving range in the resort and the established course at Costa Teguise is twenty minutes drive away.
