We send you the apartment keys and full transfer details in the UK before your departure so that there are no problems should you have late flights or delays.
Whilst on holiday you have the assurance of knowing that our registered Lanzarote management company is always available, either in their office or by telephone;

Sat 9.00am to 1.00pm
Sun 10.00am to 3.00pm
and for emergencies only at all other times*

In an emergency one of our team can attend immediately to assist you
No one wants to use this service but should the worst happen there is always someone on hand to help. They have assisted in the past with a dentist, doctors, lost medication, passports, flight tickets, ambulance, hospitalisation and emergency accomodation etc.
Local knowledge is invaluable and our team are 'locals' or have lived on the island for many years. Most importantly, they speak fluent Spanish and English if required. This is essential for emergency medical, hospital or police contact.
* Reasonable charges apply (other than for urgent apartment faults), which should be reclaimable from your holiday insurance for emergencies.
LATE DEPARTURES; Late flights are not a problem when staying in our apartments. With the increasing number of late departures, we have put extra facilities in place for the comfort of our guests.
(Almost all holiday apartments have to be vacated by 10.30am to allow for cleaning and new arrivals. If your flight is mid afternoon or later you could be 'homeless' and this can make your last day very uncomfortable)
Our registered management office offers secure left luggage facilities, shower and towel rental, changing rooms or even an apartment for your departure day if required. (small local charges apply ie 2.50€ for a shower and towel). You can therefore relax and enjoy your last day without worry. You can lay in the sun by their pool, wander over to the beach, set aside the last day for shopping etc, then return to shower and change in comfort, ready for the airport. They will even book your taxi for you.
We know of few apartments offering these facilities and no other apartments on this complex or in the area.
FLIGHTS; Lanzarote is a long way away....it may be 'Spain' but it is actualy only 70 miles from the African Sahara coast. Flying time is about four hours from the UK. This is twice as far as mainland Spain and it is reflected in the weather, especially in winter when daytime temperatures seldom fall below 22, and there is very little annual rainfall. You could reasonably expect sunshine and temperatures in the mid twenties, even on Christmas day.
There are some cheap, out of season flights available, some under £100, but for the best part they range between £125 and £275. Generally, the earlier you book the cheaper, especialy with easyjet.
If requested, we can search all available flights for you. We will also check for 'split flight' prices and clearance seats. We can then give you the prices we have found, including all taxes and charges to compare with your own results. Once your apartment rental is arranged you can book directly with the agent or airline........we take no commision.
Taxi Transfers; These are no more than £10 each way by taxi from outside the arrivals hall.
CAR HIRE; Booking direct with a Lanzarote company is usually far cheaper. Do not pay tourist rates or use a UK agent and beware of 'local' charges to be added.
A two door clio costs from £65 per week, all inclusive. A 5 door seat ibiza with air con, less than a year old, full insurance, no excess, two drivers, collect at their airport office;

Your car reservation is confirmed with no deposit to pay.

TELEPHONE CALLS HOME AND INTERNET; We can advise (our guests only) on telephone calls home for only 4ppm from a call box. We have our local sim cards for use in an unlocked handset. Calls are 5ppm to the uk and only 9ppm total from the UK.
Laptop Wi-Fi internet and e-mail connection is available in the apartment for a small service charge. Now you can take your office with you if you must........we do !
