Our apartments are very popular, with many of our guests now considered friends and returning year after year. Lanzarote has good weather all year round and well presented, fully managed apartments in the right location are often in short supply. There is no 'off season' in Lanzarote.
The apartments are on the upper floor of this idealy located small complex. It really is only 300 yards to the bustling promenade and beaches, with no hills or large numbers of steps to climb.
Bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc are all only a few minutes easy, level walk away. The location is ideal, whether you wish to laze on the beach, stay poolside, be in the heart of the action or have a base for exploring the island.
Our apartments should offer all of the facilities you require. They are well equipped and sensibly furnished for a comfortable stay. For those of you inclined to cook or eat in, all the necessary appliances, pots, pans, crockery etc are provided for full self catering. (it is hard to 'self cater' with two pans and a microwave !)
The price we give is the full and final price you pay, we do not then add extra per guest or a cleaning charge. You also have no hire charges for what we consider to be essential items (safe, fans, etc) . All items listed are free to use.
If you wish to stay in on the occasional evening, both apartments have LCD TV's with UK and English TV (Sky family and entertainment or Nilesat and freeview), a DVD player and numerous films etc.
Linen and house towels are provided, as are spare pillows and blankets. (maybe needed in winter !!)
Towels are changed midweek and the apartments are thoroughly cleaned and inspected weekly. (we ask that guests staying a second week leave the apartment for at least three hours when the cleaners arrive). Should you require a midweek linen change this can be arranged.
There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms which are absolutely essential in summer months. Heaters are provided in winter for any possible late night chill.
Please book the apartment as soon as possible as many of our guests return twice a year and may book a year in advance. Our calendars show confirmed bookings but cannot show the level of enquiries.
We guarantee that there will be no increases or surcharges added to confirmed bookings and all services shown will be provided.
Costs have increased for all owners pricing in sterling. This has innevitably led to reduced equipment and services from some owners. Tour operators now invariably charge extra for basic items, kettle, toaster, safe etc.
While you are in Lanzarote the local, registered management company is readily available every day, either in their office or by telephone. They speak fluent English and Spanish, and also provide a 24 hour emergency support and translation service if required.
