The Kitchen has a full oven, grill, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer.All pots, crockery and utensils for full self catering. Iron, Ironing board, cool bags and ice blocks.
The Bedroom has comfortable twin beds, ceiling fan, reading light, ample wardrobe space, dressing mirror, UK outlet, hair dryer and safe, Spare pillows and blankets. Sliding doors lead onto a small balcony with clothes airer.
Linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
The Bathroom has a thermostatic shower for your comfort and safety with ample hot water. A washing machine is available for longer stays.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. (We do not accept guests sleeping on sofa or Z beds)
Rental is £200 to £250 per week inclusive depending on date.

Once a booking is requested the dates are held on reserve for five days to allow for the return of the booking form.
We require a deposit of £100 per week, the balance payable 60 days before departure.
This apartment is not suitable for under 5 year olds.

Our bookings usually run from Thursday to Thursday.
We may offer other changeover days only where practical. (usually Sunday)
When this apartment is booked we MAY offer our two bedroom apartment at a reduced rental (strictly for two guests).
