The price we quote is ALL that you have to pay. Unlike many, we do not then charge 'little extras' for cleaning, safe hire, slot TV etc. All that is needed for a comfortable, self catering holiday should be provided.

We are able to guide you on all aspects of your holiday. We know the resort, island and its facilities extremely well and can answer any question before you travel. Whilst you are on holiday the professional registered management team are there to answer any questions, guide and asisit you.
The Managers are Lanzarote 'locals, they speak fluent English and their native Spanish and are always on hand to assist you.
They also offer a full 24 hour emergency contact and translation service*. In the event of an emergency someone is always there to guide and assist you. If a translator is required they will attend whenever necessary.
Puerto del Carmen has just had a major refurbishment of the seafront. There is now a brand new, wide paved promenade the full length of the new town and on to Playa Honda, some 5 miles long.
